Sorry I didnt want to offend you. Here in Providence RI the Irish community is big, as well the brazilian one. And I do have lots of Irish friends and we joke allot about it, so I thought it wouldnt be a problem to approach you that way. My sincere apologies

Funny, yet slightly offensive at the same time. I have the same taste as you – Jack & Cokes! The way to do it is to stick to spirits with ‘dietdrinks. There still some carbs but it’s the lowest carb way to lose your inhibitions.
I drink rarely these days so it’s not a problem.

U are irish … so I think u can answer my question…. I am brazilian and we love to drink… can I still get drunk on weekends? I dont think I can leave without Jake Daniels, vodka, tequila and other stuff I drink on my weekends

Potatoes are high in carbs (very starchy), so if you’re on a low carb diet, best to avoid them.

splenda will kill your pancreas and liver. its total poison. try using Xylitol which is a wood based sugar. it actually CLEANS your teeth.

    Milk is high in carbs
    Potatoes are high in carbs
Full fat Cheese is low in carbs

Most low carbers don’t want to go over 30g of carbs a day.
